Hint: For darker complexions, apply the summer concealer on top of the Natural concealer to pre-lighten those extra hard to cover age-spots, blemishes, freckles or scars. Tiara under-eye cover is a soft and silky mineral that brightens up your eyes. It gives you that refreshing look of radiant energy. It covers dark circles under the eye as well as darker areas around the eyes, lip, nose area. It tirelessly works great all day long as it provides a beautiful soft natural base for your eye shadows. Directions: Gently tap off excess minerals from brush, gently pat your brush on the shadows or dark circles under your eyes.
